I began working with glass in my early 20's and found my passion for it again two decades later and beARTedesigns was born. My creative energy is expressed through my "no boundaries glasswork" incorporating metal, steel, copper and wood along with glass. Each unique piece has special meaning to me and is my gift to the prospective owners of this piece.

I was born and raised in the small town of Oehringen in Southern Germany. I moved to the U.S. over 20 years ago for a job opportunity at the Green Bay, Wisconsin office of my German employer.
